Closed in 2007, the Little River Easement is located in the Town of Camden. This property is 130 acres of a mix of farm meadows and northern hardwood forests with over 3000 feet of river frontage. Trout Brook also runs through the property. Evidence of an old dam and mill site is located near the confluence of the two rivers. The easement allows for the continued farm and forest management activities and limits subdivision and development to one additional residence.
